  • How much is shipping within the UK?

Shipping within the UK is free.

  • How deep is the secret chamber?

The secret chamber enables you to place card and paper. It has a maximum depth of exactly 2mm. Anything more and it will not seal correctly.

  • Why don't you guarantee the vault cannot be opened?

If the vault is sealed to our specifications, that is the glue is added correctly, then the vault cannot be opened.

However, if the superglue is not placed around the glue channel, then due to assembly error, we cannot guarantee someone else's work.

  • I need a bigger secret chamber, what are my options?

Currently, we have only the one PopSafe vault. Early in 2026, we are planning on launching other vaults which will hold other and larger items.

These additional PopSafe vaults will be for things like a key or USB drive and documents.

  • How do I assemble my PopSafe?

    Prepare

Have your PopSafe, superglue, and secret ready.

    Conceal

Fold any paper so the writing faces inward.

    Load

Place the folded secret into the secret chamber.

    Seal

Run a line of superglue around the glue channel.

    Join

Press the lid firmly into the base.

    Check

Ensure the lid is fully seated and aligned.

    Set

Place a light weight on top.

    Cure

Leave undisturbed until the superglue sets.

  • How do I program the RFID chip?

We use NFC Tools by wak dev, you can download them directly from their website. You should be able to find the one you want from the navigation.

They have tools for all major operating systems, both desktop and mobile. Please note, you will need an NFC reader, it might be built into your phone, or external.

We have no affiliation with the company and only use their software.

  • What platform is best for RFID reading and writing?

No one platform is best. It will depend upon your needs.

For occasional use, a mobile phone with app will be enough. If you are programming or verifying many PopSafe, then an external reader/writer is easiest.

Use the right tool for the job.
